The Skinny

Circle C was one of Austin’s first Master-planned Communities and one of the most prominent south of Downtown Austin. At the edge of the Texas Hill Country's, the community has over 5,800 homes within several micro-neighborhoods including the Hielscher section, Enclave Estates,Park Place,Vintage Place and Wildflower Park, just to name a few. Many homes have exterior finishes in limestone, rock or stucco creating a very natural feel throughout the community. With Grey Rock Golf Course meandering through, there are gated communities, and several homes with golf course and greenbelt access making the choices of where to choose your Circle C home, an easy decision to consider.

Circle C homes have access to extraordinary amenities within the community. Wide sidewalks allow for amazing scenes of parents with strollers, joggers, and bicyclists all enjoying Austin’s beautiful weather and Circle C Ranch’s amazing nature preserves. Many enjoy sports at Circle C Metropolitan Park, a 500-acre green space/learning about Texas plants at Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center and biking on The Veloway-The Veloway Trail is a 3.1-mile, 23-foot-wide loop trail, paved, through a quiet and secluded area of the Circle C Ranch Metropolitan.  The Veloway is designed for cyclists and inline skaters only; foot traffic is not permitted. The park has soccer and playing fields, hiking trails, and a large playground as well as what is considered by many to be Austin's best disc golf course.
